These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Go Dog Productions website (the “Site”) and, where applicable, the films, podcasts, and other multimedia projects and content we produce (together with the Site, the “Services”).

In these Terms, “Go Dog Productions,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Go Dog Productions. “You” refers to the person accessing the Services.

All content on the Site and within our Projects — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, films, podcast episodes, and the “Go Dog Productions” name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Go Dog Productions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our content or trademarks except to view and enjoy the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. Submissions and Inquiries

The Site includes a contact form that lets you send us messages, project ideas, or collaboration inquiries (“Submissions”). By sending a Submission, you understand and agree that:

Your Submission is not confidential, and we cannot guarantee that any idea, pitch, or material you send will be kept secret. Please do not send anything you consider confidential or proprietary.
Sending a Submission does not create any partnership, employment, joint venture, agency, or other business relationship between you and Go Dog Productions, and does not obligate us to respond, engage, or enter into any agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of anything you submit, and you represent that you have the right to send it.
We are free to use, without obligation or compensation to you, any general ideas, concepts, or know-how contained in a Submission, except to the extent a separate written agreement between us says otherwise.

The Services may link to third-party websites and platforms — for example, podcast directories, streaming services, or industry databases. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or platform, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the District of Columbia.
